Have you ever meditated before? If so, would you like to come and relax with like-minded friends? If not, would you like to come and learn about it and try it in safe & comfortable surroundings? Please join in this brief class that will educate you about what meditation is & what it isn't. Then, we will have a practice session to test out a few different modes of meditation.
